Well, if any of you have read the latest Bungie Weekly What's Update then you should have seen that there was a link posting to some 3D (literally) Halo 3 images and a tutorial on how to make your own. This thread is for posting your very own Halo 3D masterpieces! Below are some of mine and links to the gallery and tutorial in which I got from Bungie.net.
Please note that in order to view red and cyan ones, you will need 3D glasses!!! Cross eyed ones are now working!!!

Ok, try putting you're finger right in front of your face and focus on it, then pull your finger away.

Tried that, and all I see is a big mash up of colors, no 3D image.

I tried the crosseye ones, I can cross my eyes so that both pictures merge, but it's still blurry and I can't shake the feeling that I'm supposed to focus right in front of my face.

Try leaning back, sometimes it is out of focus at first for me and then I pull back and it becomes focused.

That's great xD Since I'm so unfortunate NOT to have any 3d glasses in my possession, I tried the crosseyed ones.
And it works! However, I tried both yours and Katarin's, and it only worked with Katarin's... You have to look kind of in the depth and drowzy, and after that try to "focus" on the image. You'll get a blurry, but 3d "vision" :D
You might need to adjust the crosseyed ones a bit, or maybe it's just me >_>
I needed alot of practice though.. Keep 'm coming!

Might be the way I'm sitting, but I can't get the cross eyed ones to work, they seem to simply cascade to the center of the screen (I'm staring straight at the middle of the screen from about 2/3 feet away) and I can never get them to focus properly, even with the finger thing =/.
Pretty cool none the less.

All you need to do is:
1. Position the camera to look at what you want to make 3D.
2. Take the picture.
3. Move the camera to the right about 1.5cm or something like that, just experiment with that part. But you move the camera to the right with the left analog stick, don't touch the right analog stick, don't touch the RB or LB buttons either.
4. Take a picture again.
5. Download the pictures onto your computer and call the one you took first something like, 3DL and call the other picture that you took after the first one the same name apart from replace the L with R.
6. Use the program that it tells you about in the proper tutorial on the first page to open the two images: (File > Open Left/Right Images...)
7. Now click on Stereo > Color Anaglyph > half color(red/cryan)
And you are done!

I can't do the cross eyed ones :(
Edit: I just managed to do it :) But... my eyes almost got stuck Lmao.
And its easy to go out of focus, and its blurry, so the moral of the story is, get some 3D glasses Lol

Are you sure? I finally learned how to focus my eyes when they're crossed and it look 3D to me.
Also, would people be interested if I made any more 3D screenshots?

I cross my eyes and focus on the image in the middle, the depth is backwards. The ones on that flickr page work though.

Oh my fucking god I've never been able to do those cross-eyed ones. So I googled "Viewing Cross Eye 3D" and found this. IT WORKS!
http://www.battleship-ron.com/CANYON_PAGES/3D_Tips.htm
Here's a few tips based on my experience:
Make sure you're eyes are perfectly horizontal with the monitor (This was what I was fuckin up)
Use your finger to help get things properly aligned
KEEP LOOKING AT YOUR FINGER! Your eyes will focus by themselves
Took me about half an hour to an hour to figure it out for myself, now I can do it without even using my finger.
The trick seems to be, cross your eyes (They'll get blurry and crap) and try to align everything from the two pictures together. Using your finger can help. It can be stressful, but if you manage to get them nearly perfectly aligned, your eyes will relax and automatically adjust. The stress on your eyes will be gone and you'll get a sense of depth in the picture. After the first time, it seems to be easier. It's easiest with pictures that have something that stands out, like a big-ass warthog in the middle of the picture, or red armor. The Warthog Jump ones were pretty easy to focus on. The weird thing about it is it seems to increase the resolution when you're viewing it in 3D, too. Those low-res pictures on the first post looked crystal clear when I looked at them.
Open an image and fullscreen it for practice without all the forum crap around it.

I actually have the 3d glasses and it looks pretty cool. The first one kind of sucks but the Banshee and Warthog one is nice with the debris coming at my face. Heh, I actually put my finger through the High Ground gate.
I'm going to look for more of these...
