Halo CE: Proxy Settings

Okay so does any one here know how to get Halo to run using proxy settings?

I'm also hoping to use same ports as Steam uses as I can run steam multiplayer games fine even behind the proxy.

I can only think of getting your entire PC to run behind a proxy...

Maybe there's a program that redirects each application to use the webs through a proxy?
