Colts have to pump up the crowd noise volume (speakers in the dome) so the opposing teams quarterback has harder time calling the signals... You'll hear the CD skip... Think this is bullshit and Colts are cheaters? Or stupid, and no reason to be pissed?

No, they didn't cheat or anything. It was a fault only from CBS, their equipment somehow skipped.
