I figured that I should brush up on maxscript, so I made this simple script to create first-person overlays animations (as the way I do them is unchanging throughout every weapon I animate).

EDIT: Updated with first-person moving.

Coolie. Will use. +rep if mine isn't null.

:minion: Now create a FP Fire! (no, that'd be crappy, because it varies for each weapon)

i think i may just be stupid, but i cant get the arms to move properly.... i dont know how to describe it, its like the arms have no bones in them. wherever i move the controls around, the wrist bends at inhuman amounts but the arm just moves like its a stick.

Make sure that before you apply the script that all your arm bones dont have the same rotations.

Anything for you, baby.

Anyways, glitch:

Is it just me, or when I use the Moving animation creator, I export and delete the frames, rite? Now, I can't seem to make keyframes! Auto or set! Any ideas?

Also, could you make the moving animation ONLY make the frames that are needed, or does it need to have all of those frames?

It needs all of them.
