So how many people think this is not really live and just send you into a robot controlled world?

I was just on with HP 'Live support chat' and I swear that was a robot. It even messed up a spelling at the beginning, and then corrected it. I thought that was a nice touch. But I'm still not buying it.

So, does anybody else have any insider info here?

They're Indians and their english is bad both grammar and spelling wise.

Also they read from a book, thats why you can't just ask them to speak to you as though you are not a retard. It also explains the holds.
