i read somewhere that when making a forunner map you should do it small and then scale the whole map... dose this matter like is it something really important or cna i do it differently? like can i just make it a default size?

scale isn't important...you can always adjust the size anytime you want. I'm not quite sure what you're asking.

alright , somewhere i read thast you should make forerunner maps entirely too small for master cheif and then when youve finished the level scale it to size. Does this matter?

I would probably make a box the size of MC, then just use it when I want to decide the size something should be (like a doorway or a tunnel)

I seen somewhere somebody posted a set of models for max that show the size of many objects. That may be helpful for some people.

Bipeds, vehicles, and weapons. Just put them into your "Meshes" folder for quick access every time.

There. Now learn proper English spelling and grammar before you both post again.

Thank you for the links. No offense but its not a crime to type incorrectly. I can type just fine I just prefer to type faster with out all the periods and nonsence. Anyways back to the topic. I will try a few different things toget my idea to work for sky if I get it working I might write a tutorial for the people who are still confused on somethings. Atleast I think i found away to change the sky and make it look right with out too much trouble.

On this forum, it is. I'm just trying to prepare you for what is bound to happen if you stick around long enough for the major users to notice you. Good luck with your modeling!

Actually this http://h2v.halomaps.org/index.cfm?pg=3&fid=2203 was the set of models i was talking about but i'm sure there the same thing.
Anyways, CanadianPanda nobody is going to want to help you if it irritates them to read your posts. Most people can type fast WITH all the "periods and nonsence" as you so elegantly put it. So maybe you should work on your typing before you get into something like modeling. No offence.

.... *sigh* do you guys not have firefox? It has a spell checker built right in so when you type... you know when you spell stuff wrong.

If you don't have punctuation and capitalization it makes your posts difficult to read. Nobody here is here to help YOU we are here because we want to learn. If I have to read something over and over again in order to understand it (because of bad English) I'm not going to waste my time with it.

Leaving it small at first might make lighting go faster...
