I get this error. The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. I got this error when i tried to install the new update for h2v but it just wont work please help.

Are you the administrator on your computer?
If you are, right click on the installer and "Run as Administrator". That usually helps.

Yes I am the administrator, but i cant run a .msi file with administrator rights because it wont let me.

Do you have the UAC turned off? That is a common problem with vista, the UAC just causes problems.

From what you say in that post I think you are on a limited account.
try running in admin mode like Syuusuke said.
Do you have the UAC turned off? That is a common problem with vista, the UAC just causes problems.
UAC only annoys a lot. All things run just fine with it.
