I'm planning on buying a 360, but only if there's a way to actually use my laptop screen for the xbox output. My laptop has no video inputs, so I'll need an USB or express card extension to do it. Does anyone know something good that will let me use my laptop screen (full screen , not just a window).

No.

Or ATI USB 2.0 TV Wonder, but that will be shitty.

I doubt it, unless your laptop is natively equipped for watching TV (in which case it'd have video-in sockets, or even HDMI/DVI-in).

pretty old, but it reminded me of this:

Or this, which would be the cheapest and best way to do it.

Do you know if someone other than MadCatz makes a similar product?

Microsoft makes one of those. Check Circuit city.

So actually it would work if I use an video input card (they exist for usb and express card).

But is there any brand I should look out for, that certainly would do the job?

You know, that might work, if the laptop was a monitor, and not a computer.
AFAIK, there is no way to plug a vga cable into your laptop and have it work that way, and hasn't been, ever.

Hey, remember when he said he didn't have a video input on his PC?

Anyway, I have that cable, works GREAT. I've never had any problems with it. It comes with a VGA gender switch (I plugged my monitor into one side, and the Xbox VGA cable into the other) and a neat little convert for the audio (you plug the red and white audio wires into this little thing and it lets you connect it to your speakers input (the single little headphone sized jack).

That's the best way to play Xbox 360 on a computer screen, but like the other guy said, if you want to do this with a card, prepare to waste money and achieve shitty quality.

Cheerio.
