Oh. Freaking. Yeah.
I still have a lot of rebuilding to do, but not too shabby for $300 eh? ;)
Loads of progress pics in the folder. Neons on the subwoofers flash to music as original cabinets do. No, that is not me, it's my friend. Also, In The Groove, not DDR.

Who the hell has a In the Groove machine in their home? :S
I never found those games to be fun. I always sat down and just pounded the spot on the pad with my fist :<

Dude...
I want to get one of those race car stations that have the responsive seat and shit and make a system that turns the steering wheel into 360's controller data and acts on rumble from the game and put a 360 in it and play fucking NFS: Carbon :saddowns:
need moar :(

The original game is actually called "Technomotion", but it was a gutted machine. The previous owner was in the process of turning it into a Stepmania machine, but lost interest and time, so I bought it.
I took it one step further, though, putting the actual ITG2 arcade HDD in it (Linux sucks, btw) and rewiring the entire cabinet by hand.
Now I can switch between Linux for ITG2, and Windows for Pump it Up Pro and other things. I'm also wiring a universal plug on the platforms so I can use it on other systems and whatnot (lol Soul Caliber).
The monitor is also native VGA, so I can hook up a 360, attach the extentions running to the yet-to-be-installed USB ports on the front and have a Guitar Hero cabinet with omfgbbqawesome sound.

Yeah they were selling something like that near me for 600 dollars. I'm not sure what they are playing but all there was on the screen was a bunch of green lines forming objects I can't what it is. :confused2:
