Hey guys, (im new to this site). I was just wondering if yall know where my team could get a sponsor and how. (for halo 2 vista)

By sponsor do you mean somebody to give you money towards or someone to help out? I don't think you're going to get either here, unless you're going to contribute to the project and have already done something considerable to show us your capabilities.

i mean by someone helping out our site and try to get us a server for a tourney.

You're going to have to look elsewhere if you're wanting someone here to give you money for a site and server to a complete stranger, sorry.

I wouldnt say a sponser but you could get the ads going like google ads and all that and you could earn a little profit off that and save up.

i tried there ,but how much does a good server usually cost?

That varies a lot, you can google for them. Since H2V uses very little CPU power and bandwidth i guess it shouldn't cost that much to rent one. Maybe {XF} Lowsy can provide info about his rented server as well.
And in case you have some old pc stuffed away in some dark dusty corner, maybe that'll be able to run a H2V-server as well.

Install the h2v-server on it. I presume you have the game, you can install it from the disc.

Yes, after you installed it. Read the readme in the folder you install(ed) it to.
