I'm sure that a lot of people have or heard about the "Halo 2 Vista on Windows XP" thing.
I'm not talking about those fags at Alky or what ever.

I recently sucessfully installed H2V on XP and the performance was excellent, I can play campaign on medium graphics with x2 anti-aliasing.
On Vista, I couldn't even play H2V on Low settings, let alone any anti-aliasing.

Ok, so I can play Halo 2 Vista on XP and can play through campaign, but what about multiplayer?
I can't play that shit at all. >_>;
I bought Halo 2 Vista, its all legit but Windows LIVE doesn't accept that I have a legit CD-Key.
I entered the CD-Key and it worked and all, I can even go into the LIVE lobby where it says: Quick Match, Browse Games, Create Game, etc.
I can not do anything at all although, not even create a LAN game.
I have all the maps in my map folder.

I have heard of people who have gotten multiplayer to work on Windows XP but I'd like to know how.
For the love of God... don't tell me to go buy Vista because its not happening.
I refuse (Like most people) to go buy an expensive OS for just one game and then find that it won't run at all.
I have tried it on Vista on my PC, as I did say before.

If anyone has found a way to play Halo 2 Vista online on LIVE (On Windows XP), please tell me because I've been browsing the internet for the past 4 days searching for a patch or somthing.

Thanks for any help.

No. It's unsupported.
