Windows Gold live population

Hey, thinkin about buying halo 2 vista and just wondering what the online multiplayer population is like...are there alot of players? or is the community small?

I'd say the community is small, though there are a couple of full servers.

Also, you don't necessarily need Gold to play, but I guess you'll need gold for the other part of fun.

also, there's a reason nobody plays. Game sucks. Sucks balls. If you don't have gold already, don't waste it on this POS game. If you do, have fun playing with the same dedis every day. There aren't enough people to give a nice wide choice of servers. You're gonna need gold to join and host player-hosted servers.

edit: most people are playing h3 anyway, so there goes more people.

the amount of people is ok i guess. you should be able to find a server you like in a fairly quick amount of time. LIVE gold is not required, but its better to have it

There's like 200 people on at a time. Really, there's not less than 100. There's many servers, many are empty, but there's always a few full games going on. It's numbers are very similar to Halo CE's.
