An actual poll--www. or not?

I noticed that sometimes when i click links--it says i need to log in. But i know im already logged in. I check the address and it simply says http://h2vista.net.

I always use www.h2vista.net. Very odd. Which address are some people using?

I never type in the "www" for any web sites. It's just not necessary. So yah, h2vista.net.

I stopped using that box a long time ago. Any time I want to go to a website, I use the google toolbar in the upper right corner of firefox to get there.

Oh, dont get me wrong, I have bookmark shortcuts for things like h2v.net. I dont always use them though. But going through google as a portal is well worth it.

I can actually force everyone to use one or the other (i.e. it automatically adds or removes the www), but I feel like people should have the option. I use www. because it's like that in my bookmark (http://www.h2vista.net/forums/main.php).

On my website I use a redirect from spacebrick.net to www.spacebrick.net because of this issue- your browser has cookies for one but not the other, so if a like goes to the other, you seem to lose your session. Ideally it shouldn't be necessary, but I prefer to do it just in case a link is made improperly by mistake.
