when i try to go on live it tells me i need an update...so i let it do the update but all i get is an error message which says something about the command line =S
is there a manual update i can download?

No, Windows XP is not supported.

Who knows, XP is a wonder, can't help ya unless you're using this for Vista.

Just to let you know, you won't get LIVE to work on XP, so just stick with SP or another game.
