Fast Gameplay
Good Models
Good Land textures ( Grass mud, dirt etc)
Weapon Variety

Less prepubescent 12 Year olds

Cons:
Sometimes messed up spawns
Needs moar sniper maps >.>
Campage
Town textures are :smithicide: (Concrete, Metal buildings, wood, etc)

Lack of lean out, unlike the pc version

Both, cod4 is more fun mp when you are the only one playing, halo is more fun if you have people over and want to play online.

halo is a better sp experience in my opinion, especially with added co op, which is a plus..

but call of duty 4's multiplayer is so fun and addicting..

i own both, longtime halo fan, but i say cod 4

Pros and cons are inadequate for this. You need to decide based on what kind of gameplay you like better. You can get any game to look great, but it all comes down to whether you like the way it's played. You found more serious gameplay flaws with COD4, so go with Halo 3.

I've got both Can't really decide. Both have good MP and SP. Halo3 has co op with skulls to make it even harder, but Cod4 has awesome mp with less kids..

Seriously, what the fuck is with everyone and Cod4???

Anyone can get away with using the most commonly found machine gun and simply spraying crap at the other people and watch them die from about 3 of those 60+ bullets you just let loose at them, or camping a stairwell with a submachine gun.

The whole "I've gotta hide behind this brick wall popping off shots at these guys for about 10 minutes from across the courtyard because If I stand up I'm dead" thing gets old fast. I like enemies hunting me down, and I like being able to hunt them down.

I do not like my first person shooters playing like the tide at the ocean. Back and forth, back and forth.

Theres only so much mimicking real life can offer. I prefer to play video games to escape real life, not have to repeat it's physics and it's laws of science, and it's unimaginative atmosphere in some game where I have to hop on the bandwagon and kill muslims wielding AK's and me wielding an M16 or some shit.

I'm just really over the war games, and they do not impress me at all in any aspect.

Hell, maybe I'm just biased because all these war games suck artistically.

Personally, Id like halo 3 better if I had less WTF WHY THE FUCK DID THAT OMFG WTF WHY moments. Never have any of those in COD4.

Personally, I love CoD4's SP mode (but I don't think the story is better than Halo 3's.) But imo Halo 3 multiplayer is much better than CoD4's. The whole concept of people who are playing for a long time (IE level 55s) get amazing weapons, but first time players barely get anything. I also think it takes way to long to rank up.

Why not try the demo of the PC version of CoD4?

Both. But if you like the 360, get Halo 3. If you don't have one and are considering buying it for either CoD4 or Halo 3, stick with CoD4 for PC.

I vote TF2. It owns COD4, and H3, in fun exciting gameplay. I never been a fan of just about any modern or history based war game so I may be a bit biased against COD4. To me, war games are getting as old as Madden/NFL and NBA games.
