You can't customize chest size if you're playing the female. You can't adjust anything like that.

Actually, as man, you can do nasty with Ashley or the Asari (Cant think of name) and as a woman you can nasty Kaiden and another dude (prolly not wrex, nothnxkbi). You have the option to have a LOVE interest with two people, its not just about the 30 second, "40 on the floor" PG (maybe PG-13) scene. The love story is tied into the actually story and affects the story. If you have played you know. This is bull shit.

True, the character customisation is only a few sliders for the face and it's not as detailed as, say, Sims 2 or Oblivion's face sliders. You can't change any body ratios and you can only play as a human. The sex scenes are a very, VERY minor part of the game and isn't even in the main storyline so it's not like you're forced into it to complete the game.
