problem with socket on port 80.

I've been trying to run a server, the details for this aren't that important. It should run fine without anything else, anyway when I open the EXE and 'attempt' to run the server it gives me an error message stating a Socket on Port 80 could not be opened. I've forwarded the ports, reinstalled. Closed all other internet using programs. Even Restarting doesn't work. My Firewall is off and the port is forwarded on my router.

Is there something I'm missing here?
Any help would be appreciated, and I know I don't have to forward port 80 but it couldn't hurt.

What webserver software are you using?

Nvm. A Program called httpd.exe was open, when I closed it apparently it fixed. I don't know what the heck this program was intended to do, nor did it change anything on my computer except I can play now.

Everything seems to be working. :)
