i was curious how do i leave +rep, and -rep?

There are four symbols (counting the post #) on the header of each post.
1. User online/offline symbol: Green if user is online, blue if user is offline
2. Reputation: Click to leave feedback with the poster, either positive or negative, and a comment explaining the reason.
3. Warn: Click to write a message to the moderators/administrators telling them of unacceptable/inappropriate content in the post.
4. Post number.
