I can record sound that is going to my speaker output?

I want to record this program off the internet into an mp3.

Audacity can do that, as can ARWizard 3 (trial, max 3 minutes).

On vista it can only record from the input AFAIK. Its really basic this time around (like the defragger that doesn't actually defrag :v)...

And I don't think WSR does MP3s

If you hae a Creative sound card then there should be an option called "what u hear" (might be a part of fraps, not positive). That should work.

I have audacity, but it's not working, it won't record anything. I have it set to "Stereo Mix", but it won't record anything.

Set the recording device in the upper right corner to "speakers", I think.
