RIP. Unbelievably sudden, he was so young too. Would never had expected him to be the joker from that clip, just proves how good of an actor he is.
Do you think they will still release that film?
MNC
January 22nd, 2008, 06:49 PM
Very unexpected.
Also, I don't see why they won't release the film.

Yes, fuck drugs. They've killed way too many great people. Jimi Hendrix should still be alive today.

Wow that's sad. Shame to see another one pass away at such a young age. I'm looking forward to his last movie and hope it's a good one.
Rest in peace Heath Ledger :(

Saying that someone missed a person in the list is like saying they missed a grain of sand on a beach.

Merc, With less than a year to go before the movie release, the filming is all done, so the film is going to come out.

I'm not sure what was more surprising to me when I read about it: the fact that he's dead, or the fact that he plays the Joker. Still, sad nonetheless.

whose to say it wasnt a murder either? someone could have slipped drugs in his drink or something then waited till he passed out and set it up so the culprit wouldnt be found

Who would want to kill Heath Ledger? You're jumping to a very risky conclusion.
Disaster
January 23rd, 2008, 06:01 PM
maybe to get money?, there could be several reasons and i just brought up the idea for everybody to debate. Why would he want to suicide either? they only found 6 perscription drugs in his house nothing else nothing more except for a rolled 20 dollar bill. Whose to say that that 20 isnt from some one else who used it just before he died or dropped it to frame him. Plus those drugs that he did have were perscribed to him and he would know how much to take.

maybe to get money?
Kind of hard to get his money when the man's dead. Unless you're suggesting he carries his entire wealth with him.
Why would he want to commit suicide either?
Who said he committed suicide? As far as we know, it was an accident.
they only found 6 perscription drugs in his house nothing else nothing more except for a rolled 20 dollar bill. Whose to say that that 20 isnt from some one else who used it just before he died or dropped it to frame him.
I'm not sure I follow this one. You're suggesting someone left $20 to frame who?
Plus those drugs that he did have were perscribed to him and he would know how much to take.
The man couldn't sleep for more than a few hours. Personal stress, plus locking yourself in a hotel room for a month to Joker-ize one's self can effect sleep. It's within reason to believe that if the recommended dose wasn't enough to help, that he might take more.
Thus concludes your speculation into the Heath Ledger murder conspiracy. Let the officials do the detective work.

No. Everyone thought it was going to be hardcore gay sex all the time (which is why so many women saw it), but it was just some lame, overly sappy love story that just happened to be between two men but could be easily applied to a heterosexual setting.

I think he just wanted to know if there was a sex scene or not.

Yeah, he didn't commit suicide.
Seriously, if it were on purpose, then he would have taken way more; he just took too much of his prescription(s).

How do you know how much drugs he took? Also those cocks at west baptist church are saying they will picket his funeral because he played a gay person in a movie (broke back)

ok this is getting fucking rediculous.
a dude died, that we've never had any contact with and didnt care for.
People die all the time and when people use another persons death so they can get on there soap box, they should be shot in the street and left for the Crows to feed on them.

Does anyone else not care?
I know that sounds horrible, but... this ranks right up there next to Brittany's mental breakdown in my books.
Sure it sucks whenever someone dies, but... I found myself saying "Oh my god... he's dead....?.... wait... I don't care....."
EDIT: haha ßðÐŻÍ££å posted that while I was writing my response...

I will morn the fact that I will never be able to laugh\cry\get mad at\etc at anymore roles he could have played. Hes always been one of my favorite actors, and while I was never in contact with him personally, its pretty hard to watch any of his movies without feeling like you have lost someone close to you.
I just saw Lords of Dogtown last night in celebration of the recent actor. Really awesome movie.

Exactly. I could list plenty of people that died yesterday that don't effect me at all. Sure, it sucks for their families that they aren't around anymore, but as someone who hasn't ever had contact with these people I personally don't care.
This reminds me of my great uncle, He's a bishop in Africa.
A while ago my great uncle, my grandma, and I were driving somewhere and my grandma said "Ohh that's a shame" as she pointed to a dog that was dead in a ditch. My uncle said "Every day on my way to the church I pass by at least three dead children in the ditch, I guess it is terrible that that puppy is dead."
Does it make him a terrible person to not seem to be effected by these children? Of course not! If we involved ourselves with everyone's feelings and with everything that goes on in the world we'd all be extremely depressed people.
EDIT: This, again was in response to Dano and ßðÐŻÍ££å. Korn posted while I was typing... again

Its Britney just to let you know...How the fuck can you compare some ones DEATH, to a PR'd mental breakdown? I personally didnt give a shit about Britneys breakdown. Her career is pretty much over, but she can continue living.
Heath on the other hand, did NOTHING wrong, everyone loved him and he suddenly died? It just gets me how some one so in the spotlight, when they die at a young age, it just hits you, you sort of feel like you know them because you see them alot in films and stuff.

By my spelling of her name (which I unintentionally spelt wrong..) it's obvious that I just didn't even give her a conscious thought there.
I was comparing him to her as just pointless celebrity "news".
Sure, this is news worthy to an extent, but it's not OMG worthy.
If this one person troubles you, then don't even bother looking at this list of people (most of which) you don't know.

That video wasn't aired because all of Heath's friends (Including Bruce Willis, Angelina Jolee, Mike Myers, George Clooney, and a few other big names) threatened CBS that if they aired the clips, they would never make another movie for them or their parent companies again.
This was enough to pull the clip.
Also, it was going to show footage of the party, but NOT any footage from the same party that showed Heath in a good light, like how he has a tattoo that he got to remind him to NEVER do drugs again.
