Well, assuming it was tax free, I would buy a delorean, get someone to pimp it out BTTF style, buy some new ACU and DCU uniforms\gear maybe a humvee too, some more 360 devs kits, a couple of SDKs I've been wanting to get. Oh we could do this all night, but really, what are the odds of anyone one these forums winning the lottery?

Also, one can get chaptered out (not in a bad way) of the service for winning the lottery. This guy in my fucking military school's cousin died and he fucking inherited 9mil (I shit you not, he was from my town) and got out :|. No it's more like 100 kb/s...I don't get 13 mb/s from comcast, I only get about 300-500 kb/s. The speed they say is not the actual speed.
