Is it possible to transfer Xbox profiles from a memory card to a hard drive?

I got the 360 Core for my birthday last year, and bought a memory card. With Christmas money, I finally bought a hard drive, but all my achievements are on the memory card. So I need to transfer my profile, and all stored achievements and save files, to the hard drive.

Any help would be great.

Is it an xbox live profile? Cause if it is you can go to account recovery and just download it and save it to your hard drive.

No, don't have Xbox Live yet.

Yeah it's easy just do it from the dashboard. It's in storage or whatever. Select the profile and hit transfer to HDD.
