request: HEK + Plugin project files

I remember there being VS project files for those who wanted to develop plugins for HEK +, but when i looked on halomaps.org, I could not find the project files anywhere. i even googled it.

(its for a side-project i'll be working on later any help in finding these files would be appreciated)

umm...
ok, cat's out of the bag.
since my initial project (the halo custom edition launcher remake based off of kokori's idea) was a faliure, i was going to re-create my script editor as an add-in for Halo Editing Kit +. The major differences are that this add-in will contain more scripts than those that were actually in the application and i'm adding prompts to construct campaign-specific scripts. (the tool-ex add-in already does what my compiler does, so i figured that there's no need for that)
