I posted another thread earlier, but then locked it because I thought I had solved the issue. But I haven't.
I am attempting to put custom content from garrysmod.org into Gmod, right? Well, every time I put most of the content into the addons folder it doesn't show up, and when I go to the Sourcemods folder, there's nothing there.
I had installed Gmod 9 earlier, but it didn't work, so I took it off my computer and deleted the Gmod 9 folder from the Sourcemods folder. So, I have two questions:
1. Why does my custom content NOT show up?
2. How can I get a Gmod 10 folder into my Sourcemods folder, cause that is where some of the contents readmes say to put it?
I am also moderately new to Gmod.

its not in Sourcemods, because it's not a mod, its in the /<username>/Garrysmod folder.

This I have also tried, but nothing shows up in-game.

Then you keep going deeper...
<username>\garrysmod\garrysmod\models
Ingame you open up that thingymabob-the source of all the models and go into the 2nd tab, forgot what it was called, and go to ALL category and find it.
Isn't there a tut for this? I googled it and I found one and it worked for me.

Now it's just wierd. My directory has no models folder.
What the crap? I'm gonna reinstall and see if that works.

re-install, but if it's still not there then just create one yourself.

That always works. If that doesn't work then I don't know what will.

It did work, but the model doesn't show up. :X
Like it's invisible when I spawn it.

Starwars Ragdolls. I've put all the settings, materials, and models in every folder with the same name and nothing comes up ingame.
