Ok, so Im really stubborn, unemployed at the moment(till saturday woo then I work for Pepsi!) and am broke.
Im about 600 in debt to my father, nana, and girlfriend(not 600 each, just total.)I will be getting 2 unemployment checks soon, and fighting the company that I used to work for, since they owe me so much retroactive pay and unfairly discharged me.
Anyways, like I said, Im stubborn. I still use my socket 754 Motherboard and my amd 64 3200+ with a flippin sweet heatsink I got for it not too long ago.
My problem is my sapphire x1600 pro 256mb agp card is not cutting it at all, its been overheating like a mofo and just causes random crashes for not much reason.

So, with money being an issue but a new graphics card needed, my choice was a ati HD3850.
On newegg, theres these two.

Which one would you guys go for? I know they're the same components but I dont know which one has the better manufacturer.
Sapphire wouldnt RMA my x1600 so thats why I'm not too sure.

Also, if you have any better agp solutions for me, all thoughts are welcome.

Why wouldn't Sapphire take the RMA?

Also, that Powercolor should run pretty quite. Get that.

they were like oh its overheating or something, and then because I got it 2 years ago last month, but barely used it at all, it was past the rma period or something, that kind of pisses me off. but whatever i guess its my fault.

Sapphire probably uses a 1 year warranty like most do, so there's nothing you can do :/
