Ok I just decided to create a guide to peoples activation, and info about it.

You are only able to activate on 3 different machines. (Confirmed)
You can activate it unlimited times on a machine, if the hardware is unchanged. (Confirmed)
You can still activate it if you change your video card.(Confirmed)
You can activate it on winxp but you cannot play mp, or use lan. (Confirmed)
If you share your key with a friend, you can only be in the same server, if niether of you are the host of the game (eg your in a dedi) (Confirmed)
From what ive seen, and heard from people, It is easier buying a new copy of the game, rather than being on the phone to reactivate it. (Confirmed)
Changing an external item doesn't require you to reactivate, and doesnt count for a second reactivation. (Confirmed)
Formatting Should not force you to use another machine activation. (Confirmed)
Partitions shouldn't cause you to need to activate again. (Confirmed)
You do need to reactivate counting for a new machine if you change your HDD. (Unconfirmed)

Hope this info helps, If anyone has any other questions just ask, I have alot of info about H2V , Cya later guys!

Ps. You don't get banned from H2V with mods, or campaign mods, or modded campaign to get achievements. :D
