I remade 2 of my favorite images off of the tubes of the interwebz, the top from scratch, the bottom with a quick search for the source image, cropping it, and adding in the text myself. I could center "Please, think of the kittens" a little more, but oh well.

@ the people who dont know how to do something so simple like that. you would set up a shader to animate something like that or you could do it the hard way and animate a scenery object.

tool cant import gifs. tool also wouldnt know what to do with a multi frame tif image and thats if tifs can have multi frames. it is possable to have multi images in a .bitmap tag but you must setup a shader to use them. like the count down timer in halo's last level.

...i think you took the advertisment thing a bit too literally, if i wanted to, i could also grab some badly proportioned ads off of google and then drop them in here. But at least i would leave off the ridiculous border.

This, along with the "god kills kittens", "anonymous does not forgive", etc etc--is not suitable for the map, for reasons such as lame internet jokes (connors is exempt because it actually LOOKS like an ad), not fitting into context with the map (god kills kittens, what the hell kind of ad campaign is that for).


On the other hand, i LOVE the bungie one, but its not set up correctly. I think ill make a few bungie/gearbox (gotta give them some cred, lolz) adverts myself.
