Those are articles of geneva, not the punitive articles of the Uniform Code of "Military Justice" (UCMJ) :P. But that is still ironic all the same.


A good friend and I were once clearing a room, and the guy screamed "FUCK GENEVA!!!1" as he kicked the fucking door in. I wholeheartedly agreed with him. Geneva is a load of bullshit when combating the "war" on terror, where the "enemy" doesn't believe the same and is fueled by their faith to boot. We're still living the war models seen in the 1700 and 1800s were we'd just form a row and fire our weapons in wide open fields.
War is primitive; the moment you add human-made qualities to the way you fight it, you've lost.

If you take away the human qualities, like if you see all Iraqis as "Hajis" and stop caring if they live or die, what do you become, and how is that winning?
