weird coincidence that i was reading the HCE thread by sunny about our roots and advancement of the map making, when i happened to come across this article.
basically this guy wrote an article in 1995 about the state of the net and it's future. basically he was wrong on everything he said.
Funny how this has all turned out :p

On the other hand, he had no way to predict that the internet would actually work. I probably would have held the same opinions as him, given his experience with the internet.

I'm thinking it's because the guy couldn't get any funny cat videos on Youtube that he hates the internet.

Also no, if he knew about 4chan prior to the "internet taking off" he'd have just plain ended his life before even writing that stupid article. His mind wouldn't be able to comprehend what "ur in mai base stealin mah bucket" means.
