Did you know a regular light bulb uses more energy than [insert virtually any consumer product used for a continuous length of time here]? Light bulbs are about the most inefficient pieces of electrical equipment in existence.

But seriously, most of my lights are never on to begin with.

I try to save some energy in my house, since I'm trying to counteract my cars 13 MPG.

http://www.blackle.com/ is a black google powered website. LCD monitors will only save about 4-5 watts more than normal usage, but CRTs will save a lot of energy.
