How many players?

Sooo, I'm a bit late to the party when it comes to H2V, but I just got a new comp with Vista and I want to get Halo 2. How many people still play the game online? I don't want to buy it just to find out that nobody plays it. I tried searching and stuff but to no avail. XD

By the way, thanks for the link to the GoGamer deal on the main page. Not $15 anymore, but still 50% off Bestbuy's price :D

I'll just say that if you don't own H2X, or are looking for something new, go ahead an buy it. You'll get the PC experience (if that's worth anything to you), custom maps, and a game browser. It's poorly optimized IMO for the PC, you might need 2GB of ram to get smooth video. There's also not a lot of selection when it comes to multiplayer due to the number of people playing. It's sort of like Halo CE except you can only join dedis without a gold account.

Theres always around 100 people online with 3 or 4 servers with 14+ people and others with more than 6. I play nearly everyday. I need 3 more achievements which are fucking impossible.

Just remember that full servers aren't show. So keep refreshing.
