Smosh, the makers of Boxman and the food battle videos are being sued 20 million dollars over a video they made about a year back. Besides myself, is anyone here a Smosh fan?

i can understand that they would be pissed for copyright (i'm not exactly sure what happened) But why is it when these big companys get rubbed the wrong way they dont only sue them, they try to bury them into the ground.
