3ds max help

Whenever i start up Max i get the error message: "This application has failed to start because AcGe16.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Could anyone look to see if the have this file in their 3ds max directory or anywhere else? and possibly if they could send it to me it would be great.

edit: eh, it appears im missing alot of dlls and other files and its not gonna work. ill just have to reinstall. thanks anyways.
