I've had this problem for the longest time, but nwo it's really annoying me with sapien.

Yeah Ive had this too, all I know is its vistas problem.

Which is why I use the Windows Classic theme

Have you tried disabling visual themes via the shortcut/exe options?

i use E3pO's HEK and i don't have that problem anymore...;)

That problem still exists in the E3pO HEK

I just use the windows classic theme... or, like me, you could do it from memory.

I'm cool like that.
