This is an Eagle I have made, I did not spend long on it. but what do you think?

The feet are crap I know. And it looks more like a sea gull. The feathers also need placing better.
Just comment on if the "bird" is any good please lol.

Was about to say, looks more like a gull. The head is the main problem, it doesn't look as aggressive as it should. The wings should also be roughly level with the eagle's back, you have them way too close to its stomach. Being the resident eagle lover, I'll grab you some refs:

I agree. The modeling isn't even that good let alone you followed whatever references you had horribly.
