I am creating a vehicle. I created the model, exported it, and compiled it.
I keep the document open in 3ds the whole time. I move the nodes around for each frame and export.

Go into sapien model and animation graph do not match. Wtf? I didn't add nor delete anything. The same thing is happening to me when rigging bipeds. Yet, when I create fp animations for weapons, they turn out fine. :/

If you have you model exported and compiled, try this:
Just make an idle animation to test and see if your making your model_animations tag correctly. Just take your model you exported as a jms and export it this time as a jma and export. Compile, and try to place it in sapien.

Change the node list checksums so that they match in either a) the JMS/JMA files before you compile or b) the tags themselves (you need kornman's guerilla).

I got this error a while back, I think it means that the model has more or less nodes, than the animation files do.

Wouldn't that be the same as what Kalub said?

No. Make sure that the checksum (a numerical value) is the same in the model tag as the animation tag. If not, copy from the animation to the model.
