IBuyPower forums down, need advice on new computer

Well, I'm (thankfully and finally) getting a new computer :). I'm basically going to be using it primarily for gaming. I have come up with what I think is the final design. Since the IBuyPower forums are down, (yes, I'm buying an IBP :D) I was just wondering if these specifications would be good gaming. If you see any conflicts, please post. *I am buying 2 more gigs of ram separately and probably am going to dual-boot the 64-bit version of Vista Later. Thanks everybody :).
IBP's forums gave me 3 data processing errors... Grrrrr....

Why not just get a case without a power supply since you are already buying one.

yes specs are fine, but you could add in a real sound card if you wanted.

Please for the love of god, if it isn't too late DO NOT BUY FROM iBuyPower. My friend has had 2 years of hell because they can't set their systems up properly (he's had to send it back once because they gave him a lower end motherboard when he specified a higher end one) and when they are set up properly they break and are generally mishandled by the techs at the workshops. When my friend got his system back from them the 7950 GX2 he ordered was free floating in the case and after about a month the hard drive failed during a school lanparty, forcing him to miss out on the entire thing. The same thing goes for CyberPower and other similar companies.

Please, for your own sake just build the computer yourself. You'll not only save money but won't have to deal with their horrible tech support when a component fails. (http://www.epinions.com/content_175348813444)

Legionaire, that's the only bad testimony that I've heard about them... everything else has been beyond positive. Well, I guess I could buy the parts and get Fry's to set it up :v:. Also, Zeph, I don't think that card is coming out for a while.

Building a computer is not hard. Seriously. Set up the power supply, screw in the mobo, and most of the stuff just plugs into place. I used this book (http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/How_To_Build_A_Computer) to learn about the basics of parts, ports, sizes, etc. It's not hard, and it's worth it.

The only hard part about building a computer is the wiring, I was like WTF and winged it using the shit instructions that I got :/. And putting the cpu made me scared the first time I did it. Everything else is straight forward if you don't have fitting issues like I did with the motherboard.

Building a computer is not much harder than assembling those DIY vehicle models. You just need some basic grasp of how electrical components work.

iBuyPower and Cyberpower are the same company I believe, just different subsidiaries. Both are very bad companies. They're cheaper than most other public retailers, but still more expensive than building it yourself.

Plus, with your own hand-built PC you can feel comfortable about customizing it all you want.
