I've seen some guy made a tutorial about making a custom reticle in Halo:CE.
I wanna ask someone is this is also possible in Halo 2 Vista. If it is, please help me, I'm desperate :P

Sadly, no. The H2EK is locked down tight, and even if you could get the custom crosshair into tag format I doubt it'd be compiled in the map; almost everything is loaded from existing and largely unacessible shared maps.

Does kornman's H2EK not allow HUD tags to be edited?
If this doesn't work, I'd try opening the tag in notepad and changing the reference to the new bitmap tag.
