This is fucked up. The dad of a 19 year old who can't get her GED is sent to prison for 6 months because she can't pass her math test. Oh, and did I mention she was living with her mother at the time, not the father?

The best part: SHE ALREADY HAS A KID OF HER OWN.

Thank goodness I live in good ol' Canada - the judges and police here are pretty stupid as well, but not to that extent.

I heard this on the radio yesterday. Apparently when the daughter was with her father she went to school, but when she was staying with her mom she didn't go to school at all.
