MDL Decompiler Errors

To practice, I wanted to do a few CS:S animations just kinda for fun, and I'm trying to open the MDL Decompiler by cannonfodder but when I go to choose the MDL file it gives me an error saying "Warning: falling back to auto detection of vproject directory." and then closes.

Any help here, guys?

If you haven't already, try placing MDL Decompiler into sourcesdk/bin/ep1/bin and see if that helps.

That's where it's been.

Searching on google suggests that you either don't have a gameinfo.txt file set up or it is damaged. Run VConfig and see if that helps.
