My Untitled HL2 Map [WIP]

Yeah, it doesn't run as beautifully in game, but, well, look. Also, I forgot to render the map using HDR.

As much as I would like to continue with this map, a large portion of it was made as I was learning, so it's kinda messy in how it was made (I cleaned it up a bit of course), making it a little hard to work with, and I'm unsure how to get it to be not mega choppy.

P.S. I know the ceiling sucks

Wow... honestly, I was expecting another thread like the l4d one. Lol, thanks for proving me wrong.

Hard to really tell from those screens... but yeah, the pillars should be more rounded out, but it's looking good.

Just post all the screens so far anyway, in a spoiler or something. Fuck the people with shitty net (well, worse than mine).

e/ plus, the gallery page isn't loading for me

Imageshack is a fucking shitty host, use photobucket or hivshack. Not only do these take ages to load, it takes minutes to figure out how to get a resoultion higher than 240x240.

Otherwise looks cool, you know how to use entities, and have a grasp of how to make some nice stuff out of boxes, which is more than I can say for myself.
