HELP! My halo CE has stopped working permanently...

Can anyone help me...

My custom edition Will not keep going after it loads...
I'll Dbl click the windowed DOS so i can go into Windowed mode, and it just stops. like it shows halo splash, then the window goes to the large window, then stops working...:ugh: I've tried everything, graphics, reinstall, a couple cracked versions, updates, everything. Somehow, it just goes to Not responding in Tskmanager. HELP ME! please...

??? if you can still hear the sound as if it loaded but the screen doesn't change, then set your video settings in your graphics control panel to "let 3d application decide".

what are your computer specs?
