Please, I need help in modelling

Please help. I have tried making models of BSPs and weapons thru both Chimp and Bluestreak but both give me errors. Chimp always gives me open edge errors, and Bluestreak gives unusual Exception errors when using Tool to make scenario tags. Is it just my computer or am I doing something wrong?(Wrong shape, etc.) It works for a few people and does not for others. Many of us at the Filefront forums have had this problem.
Someone please help. I need to do models because I am in a modding team(CartoMod) and the team requires some BSPs for missions from the book "First Strike"

How can I fix them?

do you perhaps have tags with spaces in the name?
it doesn't like that. try to use _ instead of a space as much as you can.

i really don't know anything when it comes to chimp/bluestreak, so i'm afraid i can't help you with that.

Can we get a screenshot of the map, and whats the name of your scenario/whats the directory to it.

Check your tags directory. See something that says, ".weapon?" If so, give it a name. That error comes when a tag is just .tag, with no name. The reason I asked weapon is because that is the error I got after extracting b40, and it was because a certain .weapon tag. =p
