Halo 2 vista acting up.

Something is wrong with my Halo 2 Vista game. When i start it, it pops up with the guide and shows "Signing In" and it just stays like that.

I need help plz.

Or just restart your computer. Make sure you can connect to the internet through your explorer. And just check your in-game network settings.

Also check your firewall logs, it may prevent you from logging in/joining games.

ok i downloaded all the current patches. Then i restarted my pc. Now i think it should be working. Now. If it is still saying sign in i maybe have to reistall the game.

This sounds random, but what kind of connection do you have? If it isn't cable, you have to mimic an 'always on' connection. To do so, just go in your router's settings and turn on PPPOE. Enter your ISP-provided username and password, and there you go - you are always automatically connected. If you don't have a router, do yourself a favor and pick one up for less than $50.

Then again, that's an awful lot of trouble to play (cough) Halo 2 Vista... But I don't know of any other solution :(

NAT shouldn't be the issue. I've got strict NAT and it works for me.

i have a wireless connection to my router. my ISP is verison (i don't know how to spell it) lol
