However, I have to admit that I'm underwhelmed. Usually when you hear "Crysis" you think near-photorealistic graphics because, let's face it, that's what most of us buy and play Crysis for. What I saw didn't look much more impressive than F.E.A.R. or anything else more modern out now.
The music sounds like a version of the same song they used for the 300 trailer. Not a bad thing- great song, just interesting to hear it here too.
I think the game looks great, the up in quality for animations (and the variety they have O_o) is really neat too. What I'm going to miss is the beautiful forests, but hopefully they get some wide-open areas and vistas in the city as well.
Why isn't this out yet?

It feels like such a large departure form the original Crysis. I like this Crysis 2 game, but I'd like it as another game. Not the direct sequel to Crysis.
Makes marketing sense to call it Crysis 2. Crysis the original was a well known game, it had a ton of hype, you talk to any gamer and they will have heard of it.Quote:

oh my god that trailer makes this game look awesome. the car kick and the wall climbing are my favorite :iamafag:
