I would vote for a CHI because I have a 1 meg DSL and I get 133-167 in a chi and 167-200 in a NYC and 167 in a ATL... sohhhhhhhhhyeah!
I'm going to be ordering the server tonight, but I will switch locations at the end of this poll.
Edit: Server's up. Location is at NY as of now.
Had good lead, for the whole 3 minutes I was in, before blind kept repeatedly kicking me.
Gay server is gay. I got new maps in there, and now the server isn't restarting.
