leave the hash banned.
I'll just say something that I know I'll regret saying:
Just like the Button combos in Halo 2, Aimbotting in Halo 1 PC/CE is about to be the norm, but in the lesser sense.
No. If we play that late we will probably play with three players or less.
Why does everyone need to know about this? PM the league admins to ban their hash. I don't see the need to take this public. King, do you ever give people a chance? Whether it's in game or in real life? It's a game. Chill. He doesn't aimbot. He may have, but that doesn't mean that he continues to do so non-stop. I would see it fit that if you catch him under his current name [FBI]GuMby, then sure.. ban him. Just because he did, doesn't mean he still does. Thats like saying if someone tries it once which many good respected players have, that they will continue to do so. Whether been caught or not. It's bullshit.
Woot.
I'm kind of indifferent, since having past botters under supervision wont hurt anyone's experience with the league, though I frown on botting as much as anyone else. Definitely exclude botters if we can't keep them sightjacked constantly.
What about wireframing? I've seen vids of it, and experimented with it on reco's sightjacker. Is there anything we can do to prevent framers from gaining unfair advantage?
Dude wth uses wireframe? K you can see trough walls but everything gets too messy.
The winner of this match will face d2t in the next round :D
Hurrr.
Wireframe is not a problem, as there are a few good ways to spot them. Not to mention maps being portaled making most of the map invisible to them anyways.
There is another hack out there that is quite a bitch to catch, though. :/
I'm for letting anyone who has botted in the past, but they confessed with some degree of dignity compete under watch. However, those people who botted then made a huge fucking dramabomb about it would probably try to cheat anyway, so leave them banned.
