To be quite honest, I think both should be removed for the actual HCEL.
The lead is ridiculously unpredictable, and I warp all over the place.
As for SAPP, if the problem where it disconnects people at random is fixed then it can stay.
rec0's app has never made any server warp.
people that think that don't know how it works obviously.
but, sapp is a piece of shit that like to make everyone lose connection.

i think its awesome how the techincal aspect is so owned. pushing halo past the 2003 design is always fun. But if the Apps lag they gtg. imo
furthermore, the HceL is shaping up ok this time. a few veterans kicking ass no doubt.
HCEL needs a bigger website (music, movies, links, etc.) or an ftp or
something....
what i've always meant is: don't limit such a diverse kickass community to anything like a simple 5 on 5.
