my female BFF drew this for me for my 17th Birthday as a card. it's only a section of the front page. I scanned the image and then added a blue-to-green cyan gradient and tried to fix the lighting and added a lense flare.
Is that a lens flare I see? Well, pic is now approximately Eighty-Brazillian times better.

Just to let you know, your GFF didn't make that drawing herself, from her own mind. It's a remake, or trace over. I have a friend, Dima, who drew this in her own style about a year and a half ago. Here's the original.
The edits give it a different feel, though. Nice touch. Though, the face on the female makes her look old, due to some darker shading closer to the eyes, so it seems there are wrinkles. Also, the female's face is a little pale.

My first maxwell render, took 1 hour. stupid DOF shizen wouldn't work right... And the program doesn't like smoothing groups, does a load of crap like smooth certain angles...
And I forgot to save as jpeg... oh well.
