Yes! I encountered that recently and it's funny as all hell to watch. I don't really understand why I get a poor framerate in this game though. =\

I have yet to see anyone spinning around wildly.

Same here, I can get like 60 FPS on CSS with most things either max or medium, and then get half that many FPS with RO and Halo :[
